MetsFinal: Mets win a close one in Philly 5-4.
This game appeared to be a blow-out when the Phillies stormed back in the bottom of the 9th. Curtis Granderson made a game saving catch with runners on second and third and no outs on the 9th and the game at 5-3. Mejia subsequently shut down the game with a 3 unassisted and a K.Batting wise, almost every Met got a hit,(Collins put out a dream lineup). The offensive highlight of the night was Travis d’Arnaud’s line drive home run. Bartolo Colon recorded his 200th win, Burnett got the loss, and Mejia got the save. Tommorow’s game is scheduled for 7:05 pm with Dillon Gee taking the mound.
