Mets need to win 5 maybe 6 games this week.
During this road trip, the Mets finish their 3 game trip versus Washington and head to Philly for 4 games. If the Mets want to be “contenders” they will need to take 5 to 6 games this week. Why? Because during the Giants series, the Mets droped 3 out of 4, almost a devastating series. The Mets cant afford a collapse let alone a series split, so it will be very interesting to see what happens with New York this weekend.
